At Nexora, we take security seriously — not just for your home energy system, but for your peace of mind. Recently, we’ve seen a disturbing rise in counterfeit battery systems being falsely marketed as Nexora products. These units often come with no warranty, no official support, and no future.
This article will guide you through the essential steps to verify your Nexora product before making any payment and explain how to understand the warranty coverage options available to you.
Step 1: Ask your installer for the serial number — before paying anything
Before making any transfer or payment, request a pro forma invoice or deposit quote from your chosen installer. With that quote, demand the serial number of the specific battery unit assigned to your order.
Why? Because authorized Nexora installers can reserve serial numbers in our system. You have the right to check if your product is authentic.
🔍Step 2: Check the serial number at
Go to our official verification portal and enter the serial number.
You’ll see one of the following messages:
Status Message | What it means |
✅ Verified – Ready to Activate | This is a genuine Nexora product, reserved and ready for activation. Safe to purchase. |
⚠️ Not Registered – Activation Blocked | This unit is blocked, unverified, or reported as unauthorized. Do not proceed. |
🚫 No warranty found for this serial number | The serial number does not exist in our system. It could be a counterfeit product. |

Step 3: What your verified warranty confirmation should look like
Once your installer officially registers the product, you will receive a confirmation page with all the warranty details.
Check that the confirmation includes:
✅ Your Product – e.g. Nexora Onyx 17.4
✅ Serial Number – must match what you received
✅ Warranty Until – with a clear expiry date (e.g. April 10, 2040)
✅ Owner – your name or company
✅ Installation Date – correctly listed
✅ Warranty Provider – must be “Nexora Technology”
✅ Installer Contact – full contact details of the installer
✅ ✅ ✅ Green checkmarks – next to each activated warranty plan
